1. The fly ash tank is suitable for storing bulk cement and dry fly ash, and has the characteristics of rain resistance, moisture resistance, and easy use; Generally, there are specifications such as 35 cubic meters, 70 cubic meters, 150 cubic meters, and 200 cubic meters. It can also be made according to the size requested by the user.
2. Fly ash tanks are generally cylindrical support structures, with dust removal equipment on the upper part to prevent dust leakage, and arch breaking devices on the lower part to prevent powder agglomeration and ensure smooth discharge. They are also equipped with level sensing devices to monitor the usage of materials in the warehouse at any time.
3. Fly ash tanks generally use bulk cement transport vehicles to deliver fly ash gas into the warehouse; According to the different structures of cement silos, there are generally two ways of unloading: one is to connect the lower part with a screw conveyor and use the screw conveyor to feed the powder into the powder measurement, and the other is to use pneumatic conveying (a special form of fly ash tank).

Installation of fly ash tank

1. First, according to the basic requirements in the schematic diagram, prepare the overall concrete foundation, embed the anchor bolts, and install the anchor bolt connection plate. The four foot plates should be calibrated to be on the same horizontal plane. After the foundation is dry, tighten the nuts.
2. Check for any damages or loose connections during transportation, and repair and tighten them.
3. Lift into place (pay attention to the feeding direction and escalator orientation), and weld the tank feet firmly to the ground plate.
